Coming from another firewall

NetCage can’t be installed today. It has no store listing and no public download, so none of these pages ends in an install step. If you need something on your phone now, every app below is there to get and NetCage isn’t.

Each page says how that app differs from NetCage, who it suits better and which pages here to read first. Facts about the other app come from its own pages, with the link and the date. Where its pages don’t say, the row reads “Not stated on the pages we checked”.

Which app are you coming from?

What should I know about NetCage first?

It does one thing: it refuses a chosen app’s connections on this phone and leaves other apps alone. It isn’t an ad blocker or a content filter. Limitations lists what that costs you, and How it works explains the tunnel.

The same comparison is on the NetCage website (opens in a new tab).
